Welcome to Sunfluence's Solar Guide Email Autopilot Product Onboarding
Sunfluence has created Solar Guide, which is our end consumer facing platform. Or in other words this is the platform that connects you, the solar retailer, with your customers via our automated Email Autopilot content delivery product.
The emails that get delivered from our Email Autopilot subscription product come from Solar Guide. They may look like they come from Solar Guide as the 3rd party industry solar experts, and containing your company’s logo and details, or can be white labeled to 100% look like they just come from you.

Email Autopilot's 5 Customer Journeys
The 5 Email Autopilot Customer Journey’s can be utilised for your customers with various delivery options. For instance you can use the first three email journeys in sequence for new customers, and then target your old customers and old prospects separately with journeys 4 and 5. The final two are distinct journeys to revive existing individuals in your database.
Or you can just choose to target and revive just your old customers and/or your old prospects if you like without targeting new customers in journeys 1 to 3. There are several options, so make sure you ask us which option is best for your needs.
1. Pre-Sales
This can either look like it’s from us with Sunfluence presenting as a trusted independent expert, educating your customers what to look for in going solar. Or this can look like its from you if your prefer.
2. Pre-Installation
This looks like it from you. Your company will remind your customer that they’ve made an excellent decision and prepare them for installation.
3. Post-Installation
This looks like it from you. Your company will seek customer feedback, ratings, reviews, and referrals. And you’ll teach your customer how to get the most out of their solar system. You now have an ongoing relationship with them.
